Frequently Asked Questions


After you booked, a member of staff will contact you by phone or text to confirm your booking. Unconfirmed bookings will be dismissed.

Our booking system is intuitive and simple:

  • Select date from calendar
  • Select a suitable time slot
  • Select session type
  • Enter you contact number
  • Click the “Request Appointment” button

For emergency bookings contact us by phone and we do our best to accommodate you.

Bookings can be canceled 24 hours in advance.

The calendar only displays available time slots, so you can be confident that once you book, that time slot is reserved for you.
